uaPHIN™ - User Interface for Hospital Data Entry & CDC-PHIN Integration
uaPHIN™ is a user interface allowing personnel at hospital and other medical facilities to enter data in multiple languages and feed it to the CDC-PHIN system in English. Data is shared with existing CDC-PHIN systems and made available to other authorized personnel participating emergency management and preparedness agencies.
